Seit dem 19. Juni 2026 müssen Shops, die an Verbraucher in der EU verkaufen, eine elektronische Widerrufsfunktion anbieten (Richtlinie (EU) 2023/2673, in Deutschland § 356a BGB). Diese App fügt deinem Shop einen rechtssicheren Widerrufsbutton hinzu: Kunden widerrufen in zwei Schritten und erhalten automatisch eine Eingangsbestätigung mit Zeitstempel. Als Admin verwaltest du alle Widerrufe, ordnest sie der Bestellung zu, erstellst PDF-Belege und legst bei Bedarf eine Rücksendung in Shop an.
