まるっと請求書は、Shopifyストアの帳票発行・会計転記・発送準備を1つのアプリで効率化する、日本市場向けのアプリです。 請求書・納品書・領収書・見積書の4種類をShopify管理画面から発行できます。インボイス制度に必要な項目を自動記載し、会計ソフトとの税額差異も調整できます。発行前にPDFをプレビューし、備考を追記してから発行することも可能です。 複数の注文を1枚にまとめる合算請求書で対応。よく使う請求先を取引先として登録しておけば、請求書・見積書の宛先入力はワンタップで完了します。 見積書は管理画面から手動で作成できるほか、カートページに見積書フォームを設置して、顧客自身が見積書をダウンロードすることもできます。 選択した注文から、主要な会計ソフト向けの仕訳CSVを出力できます。 さらに、ヤマトB2クラウド・佐川e飛伝III・クリックポスト向けの配送伝票CSV、納品書、ピッキングリストも出力できます。 顧客自身による請求書・領収書のセルフ発行や、発行済み帳票の検索にも対応。 月末の経理処理、発送準備、問い合わせ対応の手作業を減らします。
