A simple message can be sent to the customer regarding the order details. The merchant must set up an account with one of the three SMS providers: Gupshup, Pinnacle, or Vconnect. The selected provider must approve the sender ID. For API credentials, the account username and password of the chosen provider must be entered before configuring the message settings.
