Buchfink erstellt aus jeder bezahlten Bestellung automatisch eine Rechnung mit lückenloser, fortlaufender Nummer. Bei ganzer oder teilweiser Erstattung entsteht die passende Stornorechnung von selbst. Jede Rechnung enthält die strukturierten Daten der E-Rechnung im ZUGFeRD-Format. Belege lassen sich als ZIP für die Steuerkanzlei exportieren. Ein Kleinunternehmer-Modus (§ 19 UStG) erstellt Rechnungen ohne Umsatzsteuer. Buchfink ist auf deutsche Händler ausgelegt und GoBD-konform aufgebaut.
