Chargeback rate, refund velocity, fulfillment latency, tracking coverage, volume anomalies, keyword violations, identity consistency, and multi-store risk. Each scan produces a health score showing where your store stands. When a metric enters the danger zone, you get an alert with a recommended action. If suspended, paste your suspension email into the appeal generator and receive a structured letter ready to submit to Shopify.
