スマート帳票は、ストアの注文データから領収書・請求書・納品書をPDFで自動作成する日本の事業者向けアプリです。 会社名・住所・インボイス登録番号を一度登録するだけで、以降の注文には帳票が自動で発行されます。新規注文ごとに帳票が生成され、注文メールやお客様アカウントの導線から顧客自身が直接ダウンロードできます。 テーマ編集やコード導入は不要で、設定は会社情報の入力のみです。帳票はインボイス制度と電子帳簿保存法に対応し、適格請求書として登録番号・税率別内訳・軽減税率8%を表示します。 軽減税率の食品と標準税率の商品が混在する注文でも、税率別に正しく内訳を表示します。SHA-256ハッシュによる改ざん検知と監査ログで7年間の保存要件を満たします。 会社ロゴや印鑑を埋め込み、領収書に支払方法を記載できます。顧客が再ダウンロードした際は原本を変更せず「再発行」と明記して出力し、注文詳細画面からの手動生成・再生成、帳票の一括ZIPダウンロード、発行状況の一覧管理とCSV出力にも対応します。
