Some third-party platforms like Klaviyo, Facebook, Instagram and Loox automatically create discounts in Shopify - but they don’t enable the "Combinations" setting. As a result, those discounts can’t be used together with others, such as shipping discounts or order-level discounts, unless you manually fix each one. Unlock Combine Discount automates this for you.
