Seit 2022 schreibt die EU-Omnibus-Richtlinie vor, dass Online-Händler ihren Kunden einen gut sichtbaren Widerrufsbutton anbieten müssen. Widerrufsbutton erfüllt diese Pflicht automatisch: Kunden können ihr gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht direkt im Kundenkonto ausüben. Der Händler erhält sofort eine Benachrichtigung und kann den Vorgang im Shopify-Admin bearbeiten. Die App speichert alle Widerrufe nachvollziehbar und sendet dem Kunden automatisch eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail.
