Shopify's native B2B lets you set negotiated contract pricing and payment terms per company — but it never enforces the contract's validity window. So when a company's trade agreement lapses, that buyer keeps ordering at negotiated terms as if nothing changed. WRIT Contract Gate closes that gap. Set each B2B company's contract window (start and expiry) and arm enforcement — the app blocks checkout automatically the moment a contract is expired or not yet in effect, with a clear message to the buyer. Run visibility-only first to audit, then flip to enforce. Enforced at real checkout by a Shopify Function. Never breaks checkout for retail or unmanaged buyers. 0% commission.
