Een zeer goede app. Ik gebruik EasyScan nu bijna een half jaar en ben echt tevreden. De app is gebruiksvriendelijk en je kunt veel aanpassen naar je eigen wensen en manier van werken.
Waar ik vooral blij mee ben, is de klantenservice. Ik heb nu drie keer contact gehad en kreeg steeds binnen een paar uur reactie. Twee keer heb ik aangegeven dat ik graag iets aangepast wilde hebben. De eerste keer kwam er binnen een paar weken een update, en de tweede keer zelfs dezelfde dag nog. Haris, mijn complimenten!
Voor iedereen die een app zoekt om voorraadlocaties en orders makkelijk te beheren: zoek niet verder. Ze luisteren serieus naar feedback en proberen het ook echt mogelijk te maken.

This app helped us nix order problems in the same week we started using it. We have nearly perfect order fulfillment now. Checking inventory takes way less time, and the report it generates afterwards is gold! It helps me easily identify discrepancies. Way easier than hand-counting and writing it down like we used to.
