Great App!!
This is a GREAT download app! I started on Shopify using Shopify's Digital Downloads app, but then they stopped updating it and had to search for an alternative. We used Big Digital Downloads, but found most of my customers emails were being filtered, it was hard to resend download links, and then the links began getting blocked as spam. Very annoying!
I reached out to Filemonk to check that they used another system for managing the links and getting the downloads to customers. Very impressed, very easy installation and now when a customer doesn't have a download, I can easily copy and paste the tracking link within the order - OMG! SO EASY! - so I don't have to go hunting through the app to find stuff. It's all right there in the customers original order.
The only thing that I'd love to see improved is a way to see a product and list of all of its variants with the file name next to them all on one screen. This would allow me to double check on products that have 12+ variants that I've selected the correct file to go with each variant properly. I found it a little clunky at first when working within that type of product.
Overall, I'm absolutely delighted with this app and wish I'd switched to it years ago. Thank you for making a great product!
