Setting up subscriptions can be overwhelming and I ran into a problem I genuinely didn't think I could solve. Sebastian sat with me through the entire process step by step, screenshot by screenshot for almost two hours without any impatience or shortcuts. He was incredibly thorough, easy to follow, and supportive the whole way through. By the end, everything was working exactly the way I needed it to. I've dealt with a lot of app support teams and Sebastian is genuinely exceptional. If you run into an issue, I hope you get him.
Setting up a bundle with mixed one-time and subscription pricing was more complicated than I expected, and I kept running into pricing conflicts on my own. Reached out to support and Dovydas walked me through exactly how to structure the offer, bundle gift, subscription plan, the whole thing, and got it working correctly. Really appreciated the patience and the clear explanations. Highly recommend this app, and Dovydas specifically if you get him on chat.
Great support team especially Tomas, he helped me quickly and efficiently.
