Kunakify has been a fantastic solution for my CD fulfillment. Orders normally flow through instantly, and on the rare occasion something needs attention, support is fast and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a smoother way to integrate Kunaki with Shopify. Highly recommended!
Kunaki seems to be the only Press on Demand disc service that can be connected to Shopify and Kunakify, as far as I know, is the only app that connects them.
Kunaki itself (not owned by the same folks as Kunakify) has a woefully outdated UI. But Kunakify has a simple, modern, easy to use interface that pretty much just works.
And any time I have had suggestions to make it better, the developers have taken it to heart and implemented those features in short order.
The only thing you need to be aware of is that Kunaki will delete your products if they are not ordered once every few months or so. Again, that is not an issue with this app -Kunakify just passes the orders to Kunaki- but you should make sure to order your own product once in a while if no one else does, just to keep it alive.
Anyway, I think there is always room for improvement with any piece of software, but I am giving it 5 stars because it does what it sets out to do and because the developers are super responsive to feature requests that make sense.
The only thing I can think of that would make it better is if it could be used to create products in Kunaki as well so that we do not have to use the Kunaki UI at all.
