I've used many of the leading helpdesks and, for me and my team, Kustomer takes the cake. Kustomer's workflow engine, pre-built integrations, custom integration capabilities, and the ability to customize almost any single aspect in the platform are what stands out for us. We also love the unified view of the customer's interactions with our brand and the strong Shopify connection. We've been able to streamline and automate many processes, resulting in lower handle times, resolution times, and response times. We also love how willing the Kustomer team is to work with us if something isn't quite going how we expect. We have been using the Shopify integration into Kustomer for quite sometime now, and its made things so much easier. Shopify being such a heavy site can be very taxing on the computers we use. With the integration into Kustomer, its allowed us to minimize the amount of tabs running at once keeping our machines running well. The speed at which we see the information is also great, no need to wait for long load times.
The Shopify Kustomer app is really great. It's lets us see a fuller view of client activity within Kustomer, and lets employees who don't have full Shopify access see that order information and process returns as needed.
