Rina was incredibly helpful and solved an issue I had been struggling with for a long time. The Loox review widget was visible in the Shopify editor but not on the live page, and after I had already tried creating several pages from scratch, she quickly identified that the problem was related to the Content Security Policy.

She explained the issue clearly, disabled the CSP for my store, and confirmed that the widget was working correctly. She was patient, professional, friendly, and very efficient throughout the entire conversation.

Great app and even better support! I had an issue with the Reviews Widget not showing on my store because my custom domain wasn't recognized in the backend.
