Their support team is excellent, providing direct access to live assistance without requiring interaction with an AI bot first. March 2025 - I have reached out to the support team multiple times about how customers are not able to redeem their loyalty rewards in my shop. The first time I set up a meeting with someone, they canceled the meeting last minute. Second time I spent an ample time online discussing the issues and the support team basically said they dont know what is wrong. I was told they would follow up and they never did. I am uninstalling the app because of horrible customer service and the mere fact that this app DOES NOT WORK. How embarassing for me as a business owner to have given out rewards to spend that could not be redeemed?!?! I would never recommend this app to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.
