Customer support is top-notch. I had a specific request for a custom field, and the developer not only listened but implemented a solution that worked for my use case within some hours. Rare to find this level of dedication.
Setting up different rules for different products was incredibly easy. I can hide prices for wholesale items while keeping regular retail items available for immediate purchase. This flexibility is exactly what I needed.
App has been offline for 5 days and no response from the team when we send a support message!
Hey team, completely understand the frustration. Our app had an outage earlier this year. For full transparency, when we bought this app, the previous owner locked us out of many support platforms, and critical app functionality necessary to operate day to day maintanence. Which is why your support tickets went unanswered.
We've since recovered everything, fixed the platform, and made improvements that mean outages like that one can't happen ever again.
