We love how easy it is to collect and publish reviews from one place. The automated email campaigns bring in more customer feedback, and the ability to include photos makes reviews feel more authentic.
Works great, lots of review destination options and a smooth interface. Excellent support too, I reported a couple bugs with the email settings to the developer who made short work of fixing those bugs and implementing my suggestion in just a day or 2. Highly recommend, since even if an issue arises it will likely be quickly taken care of, and it looks great from the customers' perspective.
