Avoid this company at all costs. I installed the search atlas app subscribed to a plan, payment was taken. When trying to access the app it is asking me to subscribe again. The developer is no help resolving this issue or recognising the problem.

24hrs later I am still out of pocket and three hours wasted. I am now left trying to get a resolution through Shopify.

Worst experience i had with apps since 2012!

I tested their free trial version. Then tried to sign up for paid version to test further functionalities. then i had been charged for 2 different accounts which i haven't signed up for.

Now the real nightmare begins. Their customer support is terrible. Talking to AI then to operators who ask me the same questions over days and give me the same answers over days. It took me endless hours chatting with different persons telling me the same and asking me the same questions over and over again.

They even do not understand how Shopify actually works - although they claim to be Shopify ready.

I spend more than a week explaining the same thing over and over again. In the end I got so frustrated- I simply gave up…
