It is very slow to open. Support is unavailable on chat and slow to answer emails.

Hi,

thanks for your feedback. I understand how frustrating it is to run into an issue during a busy period and not get a response in time.

Your message came in late Friday night during a public holiday in Europe. As a small team, we provide support during regular business hours and are not available during nights, weekends, or holidays.

At the same time, there was a Shopify POS update that caused issues for a number of apps. While that was outside of our control, I understand that from your perspective the key issue was not having a working solution when you needed it.

We aim to be transparent about our support availability so merchants can decide if it fits their needs.

The app was often extremely slow to open. I had to open it before serving customers or refilling products that were sold by weight, otherwise people had to wait a long time. Many customers stood around while the app tried to load. I do not recommend it.

To be fair it works if you have time to wait for the app to open..

Thank you for your review. The app should definitely load within 1-2 seconds. The loading time for the app depends on the quality of the WiFi connection. Additionally we had the experience that older iPad models usually can cause a long waiting time too. Feel free to contact us at info@pixelsafari.net if you have further questions or if your device is new and the wifi quality is good. We'll look into that issue immediately then.
