I was surprised that there does not seem to be a plug-and-play solution that could get me up and running quickly.

There seems to be a huge amount of customization available, but the settings are spread across many UIs, and it is hard to find the right place to make a change.

If I had known how difficult it would be to set up subscriptions with this tool, I wouldn't have wasted so much time trying to learn it. I would have just contacted customer service.

Customer service via chat was great! I explained to Alden what I was trying to do, and he made it happen for me.

Appstle's subscription features are solid, but what really stood out was the support during our Customer Portal migration. Arvin walked us through the new extension blocks, confirmed everything was migrated correctly, all quickly and clearly over chat. Great app backed by a genuinely helpful team.

I switched from another subscription service to this one, and so far it has been amazing. Support responds within 1-2 minutes in a little chat bubble, they are able to go into the Shopify store if you allow access to make changes/ help migrate other accounts, and they go above in beyond with screenshots and personalized tutorials if more assistance is needed.

The interface allows for full customization, and the price point is better than most other apps. I highly recommend this app!
