All features work as expected and really easy to setup
We used this app and had a very specific issue with our site. I contacted the customer service. Sophie is the one assigned to help me.
Sophie is very professional. She did not push the issue around or just to give me an excuse. Instead, she delves into the bottom of the coding issue. She gave me a clear answer to resolve. It turned out to be completely the fault of my own coding people. USB was on top of the issue 100%
Using the information provided by Sophie, we were able to resolve the issue. The customer service experience we had is nothing but the best on all apps we have worked with.
