Started with a free plan,realising that this app costs a fortune and my small business doesn’t need 1000 reviews a month. But there is no cheaper option than $129. My client made a mistake with her review and I wasn’t able to resend the email to her, plus she was not able from her end to go back with the same email and redo the review.This app behaves really scammy and I do not recommend it.

Yotpo has some of the fastest and clearest responses from a support team. In my experience, they are quick to reach and provide great support that is easy to follow. My recent support chat Doner P mirrored most of my interactions with the team. While there are some limitations with the dashboard and customization, overall Yotpo has been easy to work with and been a beneficial add to our company.
Used to be a great app but now I get almost no reviews and there are thousands being sent. Reached out to support and they were useless. I would definitely avoid. Explain how you go from getting several hundred reviews in a month consistently for years to 7 new reviews in a month. So frustrated I have to now setup a whole new app.
