Knotify helps Korean Shopify merchants keep customers informed through KakaoTalk, Korea's most widely used messaging app. When a customer places an order, makes a payment, or receives a shipment, Knotify automatically sends a KakaoTalk notification with the relevant details. Setup takes minutes: connect your KakaoTalk business channel, select which events to notify, and you're done. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per message sent.
